Damaged or defective

If your item arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Changed your mind

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first and we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, or your claim is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they are shipped.
